The 菠菜网lol正规平台 Resilient Course Design Institute is a three week online program led by experienced faculty who excel across instructional modalities. The program is module based and requires completion of six modules by the end of the program to earn a certificate, badge, and stipend. Faculty mentors will host synchronous sessions throughout the program; each session will include a combination of direct instruction, guided practice and community connection. Faculty mentors and instructional designers will also partner with you to provide feedback and answer your questions.

  • January 3rd-21st

• How do I apply?

  • To apply, please complete the brief application form.

• What topics will the program cover?

  • There are five topics in the program: Context, Community, Engagement, Assessment, and Innovation.

• How much time commitment does this involve?

  • In total, participants should expect to spend 5-7 hours each week engaging with module content.

• Is there funding associated with this program?

  • Yes, by completing the program you are eligible to a receive $1500 stipend.

• Do the faculty mentors facilitating the program have online or hybrid teaching experience?

  • Yes, the faculty members that will facilitate the program each have experience with online and hybrid instruction. They are also from a wide-range of disciplines to offer additional examples and experience that could be directly applicable to you.

• I do not have the necessary equipment available. Are there resources for me?

  • Yes, as part of this program we can help to connect you with additional resources, both hardware and software, to assist in your online course design.

• I would like a copy of my certificate for my dossier. When will I receive it?

  • Approximately two weeks after completing the program, you can expect to receive an email with your certificate attached.

• Are there additional training opportunities available this winter?

  • Yes, there are multiple opportunities available during the winter.

    1. Quality Matters workshops available. Quality Matters is a nationally-recognized professional development program for online and hybrid course design. Review the registration opportunities for the workshops.
    2. eCampus regularly holds workshops on a wide range of topics from Getting Started with Canvas to Mastering Camtasia. Review the workshop offerings to register.
    3. The Active Learning program introduces participants to active learning strategies. Through workshops, hands-on activities, and resources, participants incorporate active learning strategies into their curriculum.     4. The eCampus Immersive Learning Institute focuses on innovative Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) technologies and pedagogies that create immersive learning opportunities to improve students engagement and critical thinking. The goal of the program is to provide a focused and supportive opportunity for faculty to explore AR/VR technologies and work closely with the AR/VR Specialist to create immersive learning activities for their courses.
